As a 2009-2010 Rotary Foundation Ambassadorial Scholar for Rotary District 5890, I am spending the first year of the new decade in Buenos Aires. I am an "ambassador of goodwill," representing the US, Houston, Texas and District 5890 to Argentine Rotarians and non-Rotarians alike.
